Assistant to the Head of Institute (m/f/d)
for a period of two years

Your tasks:
- Facilitating communication between the Head of Institute, commercial management and teaching, as well as the lecturers and students of the Animationsinstitut
- General secretarial and assistant tasks, correspondence, telephone and reception
- Translation DE-EN and EN-DE
- Travel and meeting coordination for the Head of the Institute
- Coordination, preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations in German and English
- Travel bookings and other organizational activities for the Head of the Institute, staff and students
- Support for events and festival participation
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in an administrative and organizational role
- Reliable working style, confidentiality and discretion as well as good communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude; offering help and taking on responsibilities
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English, sometimes also in an interpreting capacity
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, experienced use of digital tools
- Knowledge/experience in the media sector is an advantage
- You have a sense of social responsibility and are open and sensitive to sustainability, diversity and equality
