Wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

Technische/r Leiter*in (m/w/d) am Animationsinstitut

in Vollzeit (39,5 Wochenstunden).

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Gesamtverantwortung für technische Planungen und Beschaffungen
• Budgetplanung und -überwachung
  
• Rechenschaftsbericht über getätigte und geplante Beschaffungen, sowie jährliche Vorlage eines Dreijahresplans
  
• Abstimmung und Prüfung der Anforderungen der Bereiche IT, digitale Post-produktion und R&D
  
• Zukunftsorientierte Planung im Bereich Räumlichkeiten, Personal und neuen Technologien
  
• Regelmäßige Statusabfragen, Arbeitseinteilung und Aufgabenverteilung der technischen Mitarbeiter in den Bereichen IT und Postproduktion
  
• Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Campus IT- Strategie
  
• Austausch mit den technischen Abteilungen des Kernbereichs der Filmakademie und Teilnahme an interdisziplinären Meetings.
  

Ihr Profil

• Fundierte technische Fach- und IT-Kenntnisse im Bereich Film-, Post- und Medienproduktionen
• Führungserfahrung zur Leitung und Koordination des Technikteams
  
• Gutes Erfassungsvermögen technischer Lösungen und deren Analyse
  
• Fundierte Kenntnisse über aktuelle Technologien und Innovationen in der Medienbranche
  
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit zu internen und externen Stakeholdern (Teambuilding)
  
• Sie besitzen soziales Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sind offen und sensibel für Nachhaltigkeit, Diversität und Gleichstellung

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for technical planning and procurements

• Exchange with the technical departments of the core area of the Film Academy and participation in interdisciplinary meetings

• Profound technical and IT knowledge in the field of film and media production
• Leadership experience to manage and coordinate the technical team
